Do you ship across India?
Yes — we ship to all major cities and most pin codes via reputed courier partners. Shipping is calculated at the time of order.
Can I request a custom size or colour?
Sometimes, depending on the product and artisan availability. Message us on WhatsApp with your request and we'll let you know what's possible.
How do I pay?
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and most major Indian payment methods. We'll share details once we confirm your order via WhatsApp or Instagram.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is handmade to order or in very small batches, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged, please photograph it and message us within 48 hours — we'll make it right.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1–5 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
